Throughout my 17 years of experience, from Groundworker to Managing Director for Galtec, I have seen this Company go through some significant and positive changes. These range from the introduction of innovative technology, to the purchase of new plant and a renewed investment in Health & Safety.

The driving force behind these changes has been the commitment to customers and staff. The needs of our clients will always be at the heart of Galtec. Increased capability has led to improved quality and efficiencies, which inevitably leads to cost and time savings for our customers.

Everything we do has the customer in mind. These principles are the core to our business, and repeat business is at the core of our success.

My vision for the Company still reflects the vision and values of the company founders Tony and Terry Galvin.
